At ShopSK, we strive to ensure every gourmet selection meets our high standards of quality; however, due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are generally limited to damaged or incorrect shipments. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution for any order discrepancies.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and that you have notified us of any damage or errors within 48 hours of receipt.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged goods or incorrect items to receive a return authorization.
- 3.Pack Securely
If a physical return is required, place the items back in their original shipping box with all protective padding to prevent further damage during transit.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement order at no extra cost.
